Follow
the instructions below and your browser can look like this!
| 1.
Download Microsoft's Toolbar Wallpaper here.

| 2.
Download the Swisher Wallpaper here,
(right click and click "save picture as"),and
place it in your WINDOWS directory |
| 3.
Restart your computer. |
| 4.
Start your browser and click TOOLS, then TOOLBAR
WALLPAPER. |
| 5.
From the menu that pops up, choose the filename of the
wallpaper you saved. Make sure you've put a checkmark
in the box that says, "Show desktop wallpaper
in list." |
| 6.
Close your browser and then restart it. Your new skin
should be displayed. |
